 I would like to Introduce how to make granola! It's not cheap to buy, and there are many things that contain additives, but if you make it yourself, you can make it with your favorite ingredients, your favorite seasoning, of course, it is no additives!!

〜Method〜

1. When making in the oven

1. Slice or cut nuts (almonds, Brazilian nuts, walnuts) into a size that is easy to eat.

2. Put olive oil, maple syrup, oats and salt in a bowl and mix well.

3. Add every ingredients except dried fruits to the bowl and mix.

4. Put 3 on the iron plate with the cooking sheet pulled out and spread it out flat.

5. Set the oven to 150 ° C and bake for 20-25 minutes.

6. Take it out and mix it with granola to loosen it. Put it in the oven again and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

 *If the nuts and seeds are roasted rather than raw, you can add at this time.

7. Remove from oven and let it cool.

8. When it's completely cooled, mix the dried fruits.

9. Please store it in a bottle, zip lock, tapper, or other item that has a good lid.

2. When making with a frying pan

1. Slice or cut nuts (almonds, Brazilian nuts, walnuts) into a size that is easy to eat.

2. Put olive oil, maple syrup, oats, and salt in a frying pan and mix well.

3. Heat medium heat, then add every ingredients except dried fruits and fry. Please note that it is easy to burn because it contains sweetness!

4. Stir and fry for at least 15 minutes, turn off the heat when the they are completely dry, then let it cool.

 *If the nuts and seeds are roasted rather than raw, you can add at this time.

5. When it's completely cooled, mix the dried fruits.

 The storage method is the same as when making in the oven!

〜Note〜

・If it's not midsummer, it can be stored at room temperature, but if you are worried, you can store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. If you make a lot at once, you can also store it frozen!

・This time I introduced how to make it with the amount I like, but you can use nuts and dried fruits as you like! You can make a simple granola with only Oats this way!

・Instead of maple syrup, coconut sugar, cane sugar, and honey can be delicious. Granulated sugar and super-white sugar are not recommended because they are sticky and are extremely unhealthy.

・Since it is sweetened, it is delicious even if you simply eat it with milk or soy milk!

・I tried bananas, apples, strawberries and flaxseed yogurt to make a volume!
